The rear axles on the dually are wider than the SRW trucks. I know the beds are a little different on a reg. dually, not sure about the Megacab dually though.
Dually wheels differ from the wheels you'll find on a single rear wheel (SRW) vehicle. The front wheels and the inside rear wheels on a DRW truck have an extreme positive offset. Conversely, the outside rear wheels have an extreme negative offset, and they mount face-to-face with the inside wheels on the rear hubs.
